Kevin is an educated professional with an I.T. background and has spent large portions of his career as a Senior Systems Analyst and Software Engineer in large corporates, such as Hewlett Packard, AAMI and Suncorp. During this time, his keen interest in real estate developed itself and he has built himself a very successful investment portfolio consisting of both residential and commercial property.

With plenty of firsthand experience in selling, purchasing and managing his own properties, Kevin started his career in the real estate industry in 2009. Focusing on customer service, Kevin made a seamless transition from the I.T. industry to real estate, an industry for which he has developed a real passion. The task of selling or buying a client’s most valuable asset is a responsibility he does not take lightly. He aspires to making the whole process as rewarding and stress free as possible.

Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Teo-Chew, Kevin has a special affinity with buyers from China and elsewhere in Asia. He has established a large network throughout the Chinese community in Melbourne. He also has a keen interest in Feng Shui and is happy to advise potential vendors on their property’s presentation, to maximize its appeal to Chinese buyers.

Married with two children, Kevin enjoys the occasional game of tennis and swimming to keep fit. He also enjoys using his foreign language skills by traveling overseas when time permits.
